Contract Services

Ridett has a team of experienced and qualified Surveyors available to augment our Clients' existing staff whether this be in our Clients' offices or on site to ensure that full contractual entitlements are maximised. Our surveyors can be either site or office based. Using our Contract Services is very cost-effective. We will help to ensure that our Clients secure proper entitlement from valuations and variations. Cash flow is greatly improved and final accounts can be more more quickly produced and agreed.

Bill Preparation (in conjuction with our PQS section)

Estimating

Manage complete Surveying functions including Procurement

Prepare Cost and Valuation statements for internal accounting

Ensure that Contractual letters and notices are properly submitted

Prepare and agree interim and final valuations

Evaluate and agree variations

Produce interim and final payments to Subcontractors

Negotiate Subcontractor final accounts

Prepare, submit and agree valuation accounts

Assist in the preparation of rebuttal of claims and counterclaims

Prepare Budget forecasts together with anticipated profit and loss out-turn
